CentSai

At CentSai, I was responsible for redesigning and developing their website to improve UI/UX and responsiveness. CentSai is a small startup that helps people learn and make educated decisions when it comes to your finances. When I was first brought on, the site was outdated and as a result not getting much traction or worthwhile interactions. After doing research on UI/UX principles, and themes/plugins for WordPress, I helped lead a team of designers and developers to a complete website redesign. After working through a plan with the CEO of a proof of concept, I designed wireframes and comps and translated them into functional pages using HTML5, CSS3, and PHP. My responsibilities as a full stack developer included building out pages, customizing the theme and creating new templates, and researching and implementing plugins to enhance site functionality. Shortly after completing the build, users, page views, and time spent on the site dramatically increased. Later on, we ran A/B tests and analyzed the results through different web analytics services to adapt CentSai’s site towards user expectations.
